Thank you for shopping at DPA68. To ensure smooth delivery and protect the rights and interests of both parties, please read the following terms carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to this Shopping Notice.
一、关于发货与报关
1. Shipping and Customs Declaration
1.1 发货方式
本站所有产品均由马来西亚发货，并使用顺丰国际快递配送。报关品名为“电子烟（设备或配件）”，并随包裹附带正式发票。
All products on this website are shipped from Malaysia via SF International Express. The declared customs description is “electronic cigarette,” and an official invoice will be included with the parcel.
1.2 进口税费
根据中国海关相关政策，电子烟属于监管商品。部分包裹可能会被征收进口消费税，税率可能约为商品申报价值的 50% 左右。相关税费由收件人在收货前根据海关要求自行支付。
According to relevant Chinese customs policies, electronic cigarettes are regulated products. Some parcels may be subject to import consumption tax, which may be approximately 50% of the declared product value. Any applicable customs duties or taxes shall be paid by the recipient before delivery, as required by customs.
1.3 数量限制与风险提示
电子烟烟油总量不得超过 12ml。建议每单不超过 6 支一次性电子烟，或合计烟油容量不超过 12ml，以降低退运或清关异常风险。
如包裹超出相关限制，可能会被退回、扣留或销毁。由此产生的损失需由客户自行承担，敬请理解。
The total e-liquid volume must not exceed 12ml. We recommend that each order contains no more than 6 disposable vapes, or that the total e-liquid volume does not exceed 12ml, in order to reduce the risk of return or customs issues.
If the parcel exceeds the relevant limits, it may be returned, detained, or destroyed by customs. Any losses arising from such circumstances shall be borne by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
二、关于退货与退款
2. Returns and Refunds
2.1 订单确认
所有订单在付款成功后即视为确认购买。我们将在订单准备完成后尽快安排发货。
All orders are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed. We will arrange shipment as soon as the order is ready.
2.2 发货前退款
如客户在发货前申请退款，需承担 3% 的支付通道手续费。
If a refund is requested before shipment, the customer shall bear a 3% payment processing fee.
2.3 退运情况
若因当地海关规定导致包裹被退回，如客户选择退款，需承担原运费及物流退运费 RM38。如客户选择重新发货，则仅需补交重新发货所需运费。
If the parcel is returned due to local customs regulations, and the customer chooses to request a refund, the customer shall bear the original shipping fee and a return handling fee of RM38. If the customer chooses to have the parcel reshipped, only the reshipping fee needs to be paid.
2.4 扣留或销毁
如因当地海关规定导致包裹被扣留或销毁，DPA68 不承担赔偿责任。此类情况发生概率较低，我们会尽量协助向物流方沟通申请退回运费，但最终结果以物流方回复为准。
If the parcel is detained or destroyed due to local customs regulations, DPA69 shall not be liable for compensation. Such cases are rare. We will try our best to communicate with the logistics provider to request a refund of the shipping fee, but the final result shall be subject to the logistics provider’s response.
2.5 收货检查与售后说明
收到包裹后，请尽快检查商品是否完整。如发现商品因运输造成破损，请第一时间联系网站在线客服，并提供完整开箱视频。开箱视频建议在派送员在场时拍摄，以便后续处理。
如确认属于运输造成的损失，DPA69 将根据实际情况提供相应补偿。
由于海淘商品的特殊性，如商品出现无法开机、显示屏不亮、空气开关故障等产品品质问题，DPA69 不承担品牌售后责任，客户需自行联系品牌方处理售后事宜。
After receiving the parcel, please check the products as soon as possible. If any damage caused by transportation is found, please contact our online customer service immediately and provide a complete unboxing video. We recommend recording the unboxing video in the presence of the delivery staff for easier verification.
If the damage is confirmed to have been caused during transportation, DPA69 will provide appropriate compensation based on the actual situation.
Due to the nature of cross-border shopping, if the product has quality-related issues such as failure to power on, screen malfunction, airflow sensor failure, or similar problems, DPA69 shall not be responsible for brand warranty service. Customers need to contact the brand directly for after-sales support.
